DATA ENTRY AUGUST 19 2024

First tending to the nascent stages of his musical identity in Houston, Industry Monk recorded much of his first project in the bomb shelter of an abandoned post office. After a hurricane wiped out the studio and a relocation was made to Nashville, the songs were finished in various spaces and eventually became his debut album, “Violent Silent”.

Opting to self-produce his sophomore record, Industry Monk spent a couple of years in isolation to form a work that is focused and forward thinking, while giving a nod to 70s rock and modern R&B. “MONK” is out this November 2024, and you can listen to its first offering, Tough Love, now.
